2. Hosting and processing by Infomaniak
This website and the technical services used for contact, initial-consultation and Service Desk enquiries are operated with Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. Infomaniak processes personal data entrusted through hosting and communication services as a processor acting on our documented instructions. According to Infomaniak, entrusted data is stored in data centres located in Switzerland.
3. Data processed when the website is visited
Technically necessary information may be processed when the website is accessed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and device information, status information and error data. Processing is required to provide the website securely, analyse faults and prevent abusive access. Infomaniak documents a retention period of at least seven days for web-hosting access and error logs.
4. No tracking or advertising
TRUST Informatik does not use analytics, marketing or tracking services on this website. No usage profiles are created and no personal visitor data is evaluated for advertising purposes. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. Technically necessary server and security logs remain unaffected.
5. Contact and free initial consultation
An enquiry may involve the processing of name, company, email address, telephone number, subject, message, language, enquiry type, technical reference and IP address. The information is used to respond, communicate, prepare a potential business relationship and protect the forms against misuse. Enquiries that are no longer required are deleted once their purpose has ended, unless legal or contractual retention duties apply.
6. Service Desk
Support enquiries may involve processing the name, organisation, contact details, enquiry type, affected users, service, ticket or reference number, problem description, language, technical support reference and IP address. Processing serves to identify, prioritise, answer and document the request and to maintain IT security. Retention periods depend on the customer relationship and applicable legal or contractual evidentiary duties.
7. Speculative applications
Applications sent to jobs@trust-informatik.ch are processed to assess a potential working relationship. If no employment follows and no consent is given for longer retention, application data is generally deleted no later than six months after the selection process ends, unless legal reasons require longer retention.
8. Email transmission and recipients
Form messages are transmitted through the mail infrastructure operated with Infomaniak to the responsible internal recipients. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to process the matter, operate the service securely or comply with legal duties. Under its processing agreement, Infomaniak may use sub-processors to provide the services and informs customers about relevant changes.
9. International disclosure
The website is hosted in Switzerland. TRUST Informatik does not arrange international disclosure of personal data through this website. If such processing becomes necessary in future, it will take place only under the applicable data-protection requirements and will be disclosed transparently in this notice.
10. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, logging, updates, backup and recovery procedures and protection against abusive form use. Infomaniak describes additional physical, logical and organisational safeguards in its processing agreement.
11. Rights of data subjects
Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, disclosure or transfer of their personal data. Requests should be sent to info@trust-informatik.ch. A complaint may also be submitted to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
12. Amendments
This privacy notice may be updated if the website, services, processing activities or legal requirements change. The version published on this website applies.
